Trilhar Labs
Education for Protagonists

It's not a course. It's agency.

Entrepreneurship education for young people aged 11 to 17, after school or as part of the school curriculum. Entrepreneurship, financial literacy and technology become tools for teens to think, decide and create.

Our cause

Innovation, no matter the ZIP code.

The distance between a young person and opportunity shouldn't depend on where they live, which school they attend or what they face at home.

The same method runs in a private school, a federal school and a public CIEP school. It doesn't change to fit one kind of student. It adapts to fit any reality.

The story behind the method

At a FAETEC public school, one student refused to take part. Thinking about solutions for the world made no sense when what he needed was a solution for his own life.

We didn't insist on big speeches. We showed him stories of people who changed their own world with concrete skills.

Since then, this is what guides everything: it's not about grandeur. It's about agency.

Who it's for

One program, two ways in.

Principals and coordinators

It doesn't compete with the curriculum. It boosts it.

Computational thinking in Tuesday's workshop, better math grades on Thursday. After school or within the curriculum, the program follows the school year and ends with a DemoDay the whole community can see.

  • Two formats: after school or as a curricular component
  • Our facilitator, or a school teacher trained by us
  • Our own ISBN workbooks and a difference families can see

The skills life demands, learned earlier.

Some things we only learned at our first job interview. Your child can learn them earlier: speaking in public, leading a group, making conscious decisions and managing their own money.

  • For young people aged 11 to 17
  • At their school or in open immersions
  • A real project presented on stage

What trailblazers learn

Three pillars. None works alone.

They aren't separate subjects. They are practical tools for young people to understand and act on their own lives.

Entrepreneurship

Spot real problems, propose solutions, sell an idea and defend it clearly in a pitch.

Financial literacy

Interest, conscious spending, investing and autonomy. Not to train investors: to raise people who decide with purpose.

Technology

Digital tools, applied AI and digital products. Technology as a tool for creating, not as theory.

The journey

Discover, explore, create. Then take the stage.

  1. 1

    Discover

    Awareness and perception

Young people realize they have choices. Agency starts here.

  2. 2

    Explore

    Analysis, testing and decisions

They learn to think before acting, and to act without having every answer.

  3. 3

    Create

    Synthesis and production

They turn the idea into something real and find the courage to defend it.

  4. DemoDay

    The finish line

They present their final project to a real panel, with family in the audience.

DemoDay

The year ends on a stage.

Shark Tank style, each trailblazer defends their own project before a panel of judges, with parents, principals and partners in the audience. Students who are shy in class become someone else up there.

100+

people at two DemoDays on the same day (PENSI and PRW, Nov 27, 2025)

400

people at Pitch for Peace: 70 students, 20 projects

Two days after DemoDay, Trilhar Labs was at TEDx Countdown, invited by PENSI's principal because of what she saw in the classroom. At the end of the event came the surprise: the Impact Business Award.

Those who teach, do

Our facilitators are real entrepreneurs.

They run their own companies, pay their taxes and have made enough mistakes to teach. The partners curated every page of the material before the program even existed.

Questions

Questions we hear all the time.

Can't find yours? Message us on WhatsApp.

What age is Trilhar Labs for?

Young people aged 11 to 17. Open immersions are for ages 12 to 15.

Does it interfere with regular classes?

No. After school, it complements what the school already does. Within the curriculum, it can take the place of components like Digital Education. Either way, it follows the school calendar.

Does my child need to want to be an entrepreneur?

No. We don't train CEOs. We help young people present an idea, lead a group and make conscious decisions, in any career.

What if they miss a class?

Each class delivers complete knowledge on its own, without depending on the previous one. Nobody gets left behind.

How much does it cost?

Prices are on request and depend on the format. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll explain everything.

Shall we blaze this trail together?

Tell us who you are and we'll show you the shortest path to the right program.
