Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the trilharlabs.com.br website collects, what we use it for and what your rights are, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD). The Portuguese version of this policy prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Who is responsible for the data
ETEC Produtos Educacionais Ltda., CNPJ 44.231.820/0001-60, the company behind Trilhar Labs. For any matter regarding personal data, write to contato@trilharlabs.com.br.
What data we collect
- Contact forms: name, role, school, city, school type, format of interest, email and WhatsApp (form for schools), or name, WhatsApp, the young person's age, school and program of interest (form for families).
- WhatsApp: when you click to talk to us, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp itself, under its own privacy rules.
- Usage measurement: only if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and where visitors come from.
The forms are meant for adults: principals, coordinators, mothers, fathers and guardians. About the young person, we only ask for their age and school, so we can suggest the right program.
What we use it for
- To reply to your message and present Trilhar Labs programs.
- To organize our sales follow-up (who has already heard back, next steps).
- To improve the website and our communication, based on aggregate usage data.
The legal bases are your consent (given in the form and in the cookie notice) and preliminary steps toward a possible contract, at your request.
Where the data is kept and who we share it with
- Form data is stored in a Google spreadsheet (Google Workspace), with access restricted to the Trilhar Labs team, and emailed to our sales team.
- Google and Meta receive browsing data only if you accept measurement cookies.
- We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties.
For how long
We keep contact data for up to 24 months after the last interaction, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Cookies
On your first visit, we show a notice so you can choose between “Essential only” and “Accept all”. Without your consent, no measurement tool is loaded. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie preferences, in the site footer. YouTube videos only load when you click to watch and use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie).
Your rights
At any time, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent. Just write to contato@trilharlabs.com.br. We reply within 15 days.
Images of students
Student photos always appear on the site in groups, with no individual highlight. At Pitch for Peace, images were authorized by parents or guardians. If you spot an image that should be removed, contact us at the email above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
